the next month is going to be very difficult in terms of balance. i have ALOT of projects coming up....an etsy shop, kickstarter campaign, 2 big battles, possible photo exhibition...and at the same time, i'm training in multiple dances, going to start conditioning for my insane ocean adventures, alot of outside studying for film photography and business reasons, trying to write new poems, and will be working full time.
i've done it before. i had little sleep when i did it.....but the important fact is, that i've already done it.
so dear universe: BRING IT.
I haven't been to an open mic in years....something that took me back though, is the fact that there were a good number of poets reading their pieces from their iphones. And here I am still handwriting and typewriting my poems.
I feel like I'm stuck in the past....or maybe I'm just getting older?
Maybe I should just start writing with a jar of ink and a feather quill onto sheepskin scrolls by candlelight.

I just developed two rolls of Ilford HP5+ 400, and I have alot of good shots from it. I will be posting them gradually in categories. I'm still new to black and white photography, but I feel like I'm getting the hang of it. This is my collection of street photos from these two rolls.
This is a composition entitled "Long Distance Relationship". It's about me and my girlfriend, living in two different parts of California. I don't think I need to go deeper into our story, because the picture speaks for itself.
